Welcome New Year 2007

Happy New year ppl >:D<
Today is gonna be an account of the much eventful past two days.....or to be specific : past two nights. Ahem Ahem ;)
Ok lemme start with 30th night.
This definitely goes down as one of the most memorable in my diary, you'll know why.
Well i think I was orkutting with Garu and had just finished watching "aek chaabi hai padoss mein" on Star Plus [cmon I can watch weekly shows atleast....so what if they're on Star Plus.....this one's nice yaar ... :P], so it was around 11:30pm when i heard my Dad's cell ring, could hear my mum a bit so i knew ki Didi ka phone tha. As expected 10 mins later my mum walked into my room with the phone in her hand coz didi wanted to speak to me.
She asked me if i cud join her on gtalk .... and i nodded in a yes and hung up.
After scrappin a "bye gotta go" to Garu...i was ready with my headset on.......Didi and I spoke {voiced} for about an hour or so.....but the last 15 minutes were by far the dumbest there cud be.
I apparently couldn't keep my big mouth shut and ended up babblin something that i shdn't have ....... which resulted in catastrophy [okay okay i might be exaggerating but then thats what i was tellin myself in my head .... 'vands silly u, what the hell were u thinkin???]
I managed to somehow wrap up that conversation and told her not to mention anythin to anyone.....{God I really wish she keeps her word and forgets this soon! }, uske baad i was really movin up and down worryin over what i had done and what she wud do....i had to tell someone!!!
I smsed my frnd who was supposed to call me that night but unfortunately we cudn't talk then so i just wrote back sayin "Ohho ... accha whatever then I'm callin him....", didn't even wait for the 'message delivered' confirmation and dialed "Mi Miel" from my phone.
[That btw again is Pratham..... sorry if its bothering, but i do have quite a few names for him :P]
What followed was him respondin to "honeyyyy tragedy!!! :(" with "chillax vands", "aaram se baccha kya hua?", "thand rakh", "hyper mat ho" etc for prolly the next 20 minutes after which he did manage to make me laugh and calm down too.
Ideally i should have hung up then and slept or something but u know mez crazy......what i did was the absolute opposite.......i spoke to him for 3 damn hours in the wee hours of the night :), it was the best conversation i've ever had with him.....seriously!!!
I didn't feel like puttin it down till it was almost dawn ... and i loved each bit of it. This was goin to be memorable coz besides bein really sweet....it was the first of its kind. {in terms of duration and time for both me and him}
It was hard to sleep after a totally unexpected night....but i did dream off to sleep say at about half past 4. :)

The other eventful night {quite predictable} was the next day....ie. 31st.......yippie : New Year's Eve!!!
The day passed off quite ordinarily.....all usual things, but the night was good.
We welcomed 2007 {we as in my frnd from coll was with me in DSOI.....& of coz my folks too} in quite a festive manner.
Ate, danced, talked and also froze in the Delhi winter......but had fun no doubt!!!
The reduced visibility due to the fog was also part of the reasons for the atmosphere that there was.........totally mast! :D
I got back home at around quarter to 1am....came online for a bit, spoke to a couple of frnds and danced to the radio till almost 3am .....
Now i wish to have an amazing year ahead and hope the same for all of u. :)
