Random Update & Artwork
Hmmm so my exams ended and I was supposed to be free these past two weeks but i really wasn't. My sis in law was here and we were rarely at home, she had to meet so many relatives before goin back to the US.
Anyways now that she's gone and a post has been due for longgg I'd better not delay it any further.
I don't have anything super exciting to write about except that I'm gonna be starting my project training (first tryst with 'work') this Monday and I'm hopin I'll enjoy myself and feel productive at the same time.
Besides that I've been listenin to pretty much the same songs since the beginning of the month... now with my playlist being extended to include loads of old Rafi songs and quite a few by Paolo Nutini {Bubbles' recommendation :)}
And this month had birthdays of some really special ppl and some new frnds, Bubbles and Zahid on 12th, Pratham on 15th, Ankur on 17th and Supriya (my school frnd) who has her birthday tomorrow on the 30th. I sincerely hope all u guys have the best year...loadsa love
Oh and since it was his birthday on the 15th I did manage to sew together (literally ) a small gift, heres what it looked like
The card has the marathi greeting for 'happy birthday' on it which I'm so happy Bonnie decided to teach me :) and it was inspired by a picture on one of my previous posts here
The envelope also included a bookmark, more specifically a cutout with a bike traced on handpaper {really tough this tracing business!!} no prizes for guessing which bike it was ;)
Now for the random artwork, I doodled on a Mcdonalds water cup sometime (precisely on 23rd April 08) when i was in a sad mood...
And the last of the lot is my mobile hanging, my own creation, complete with the jingling ghungroos :P... with and without flash :)

abt the living situation it doesn't get better...but since my trainin from 2nd is in CP and i cant go from the new house again...commuting anywhere is a problem from there unless u have a driver and hours at hand so mum had to give in to LOGIC and we're back to the old house :)
waise abhi temporary consensus is at sellin this place asap and me moving to hostel/pg so that mum and dad can go back to living in bigger new house... dunno how quickly that can be done... way too many hassles!

I was reading ur blog posts and found some of them to be wow.. u write well.. Why don't you popularize it more.. ur posts on ur blog took my particular attention as some of them are interesting topics of mine too;
BTW I help out some ex-IIMA guys who with another batch mate run www.rambhai.com where you can post links to your most loved blog-posts. Rambhai was the chaiwala at IIMA and it is a site where users can themselves share links to blog posts etc and other can find and vote on them. The best make it to the homepage!
